Role: Recruiting Operations Specialist

As a crucial member of our Hiring team, you will:

  1. Serve as the expert in all recruiting systems, tools, and procedures
  2. Provide essential training and support during onboarding
  3. Maintain accurate internal hiring data
  4. Lead improvements in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  5. Optimize recruiting workflows for enhanced efficiency
  6. Manage internal projects to strengthen data infrastructure and reporting
  7. Ensure data accuracy across hiring plans, requisitions, and offer details
  8. Collaborate with Finance and People teams to optimize recruiting processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations within a fast-growing company
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse as a Site Admin
  • Advanced skills in Gsuite, including pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Strong familiarity with SQL queries
  • In-depth knowledge of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics
  • Proven expertise in project management and process improvement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $16,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 25 Days Paid Time Off
  • Paid Parental and Sick Leave
