Are you an experienced Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer with a drive for technical excellence and performance optimization? We're looking for two skilled professionals to join our growing team and play a vital role in our development and expansion efforts. As a Senior Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing performance engineering and planning the next phase of Openmesh's expansion. Additionally, you will ensure that the Openmesh platform's technical infrastructure operates at peak performance and stability.
Over the past three years, we've been building a petabyte-scale decentralized data infrastructure for crypto and Web 3.0, providing access to high-quality, immutable data without intermediaries.
We believe that access to reliable, unaltered information is a fundamental right, essential for a free and democratic society, and crucial for scaling crypto and Web 3.0. By design, the core principles of the Openmesh Network ensure that no single authority can alter data, control information distribution, or determine who has access. Our infrastructure and technology stack are entirely open-source and governed by an open-source community.
We are hosting the OPEN Conference and Hackathon, an annual event that brings together developers, data scientists, entrepreneurs, regulators, and large corporations to explore how Web3 is disrupting current and past internet systems. The primary goal is to raise awareness about the importance and urgency of addressing the concentration of power over data and IT technologies.
We aim to provide valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities presented by Web 3.0, the next generation of the internet.
Centralized systems concentrate power in ways that can lead to irresponsible use, regardless of ethical or moral codes. Control over data, for example, has been exploited commercially to influence societal behavior and thought. Web 3.0 offers a chance to rethink, redefine, and build better technologies that focus on decentralization and the empowerment of individuals.
The OPEN conference, as part of the Web3 space, will be a forum for challenging ideas about how we build technologies, infrastructures, and standards for the future of the internet.
