About the Role
We're seeking an Advanced AI Data Trainer to join our team in shaping the future of AI technology. You'll play a crucial role in training, evaluating, and testing AI models designed to be safe, accurate, and beneficial conversation partners for a wide range of purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train the AI: Generate exemplary conversations, acting as both user and AI. Collect and process diverse knowledge sources to enhance the AI's understanding and ability to distinguish between facts, context, and behavioral patterns.
- Evaluate the AI: Continuously assess the AI's performance in terms of safety, accuracy, and benefit to humanity. Scrutinize the AI's factual output and interpretation skills.
- Test the AI: Proactively identify and document the AI's limitations by attempting to "break" it. Contribute to improving recovery methods and overall training protocols.
