Position Overview

We're seeking a Japanese Language AI Tutor to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and refining our AI models through high-quality Japanese language data curation and annotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and curate premium Japanese language training data
• Develop and refine Japanese-specific annotation guidelines
• Contribute to the improvement of our annotation tools
• Create sophisticated content for AI model training
• Collaborate with our technical teams on data quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• Deep understanding of Japanese cultural nuances and communication styles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Experience with technical writing or content creation (preferred)

Technical Requirements

• Personal computer capable of running Windows 10 or macOS BigSur 11.0+
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST (first two weeks)
• Flexibility to work in your timezone thereafter

Compensation & Benefits

Location

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in select countries. Successful candidates must maintain work authorization in their country of residence for the duration of the contract.

• AI模型トレーニング用の高度なコンテンツ作成
• 技術チームとの連携によるデータ品質の確保

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 日本の文化やコミュニケーションスタイルへの深い理解
• 優れた文章力とコミュニケーション能力
• 確かな分析力と研究能力
• 独立して作業を進め、適切な判断を下す能力
• 技術文書作成または関連コンテンツ制作の経験（優遇）

技術要件

• Windows 10またはmacOS BigSur 11.0以降が動作するPC
• 安定したインターネット接続
• 研修期間（最初の2週間）は太平洋標準時9:00-17:30の勤務
• その後は居住地のタイムゾーンでの勤務が可能
