    • Ensure distractors are logically excluded based on provided clinical evidence, reinforcing advanced diagnostic reasoning.

  • Diagnostic Validation:

    • Validate diagnoses against current clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed literature, and established medical consensus.

    • Provide detailed rationales explaining correct and incorrect answer choices.

  • Innovation & Learning:

    • Stay abreast of advancements in clinical medicine, medical education methodologies, and AI applications in healthcare.

    • Propose innovative task formats (e.g., extended matching, image-based questions) to enhance AI training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred:

    • MD, DO, or equivalent clinical degree, or advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, NP, PA) with extensive clinical experience.

    • Demonstrated expertise in clinical decision-making and diagnostic reasoning across multiple specialties.

    • Familiarity with USMLE or equivalent medical board examination structures.

    • Strong writing and communication skills, with meticulous attention to clinical accuracy.

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Clinical experience in academic or hospital settings, especially involving complex diagnostic cases.

    • Experience in designing or reviewing clinical educational materials or assessment tools.

    • Proficient in researching, interpreting, and citing reputable medical literature (NEJM, JAMA, BMJ, etc.).

Additional Details:

  • Fully remote, asynchronous role.

  • Flexible schedule (approx. 10-20 hours per week).

  • Clear expectations without high pressure; anticipated duration of several months (no minimum commitment required).

Hiring Process:

  • Initial 15-minute conversation evaluating research and reasoning skills.

  • Quick turnaround for application decisions, followed by straightforward onboarding.
