Job Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $100–$300 per hour (USD), depending on experience and location

About the Role:
Mercor is seeking experienced Physicians and Pathologists from the Health Care and Social Assistance sector to participate in a research project for a top global AI company. You'll use your subject-matter expertise to design realistic, high-quality questions and scenarios that will help train advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and structure questions based on real-world physician and pathology practice.
Translate clinical expertise into rigorous, well-structured scenarios for AI model training and evaluation.
Collaborate asynchronously with Mercor and client teams to ensure quality and accuracy of all materials.
Ideal Qualifications:
4+ years full-time experience as a Physician or Pathologist in health care or social assistance settings.
Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex clinical work into clear, structured exercises.
Role Highlights:
Flexible, asynchronous work schedule—set your own hours.
Minimum 15 hours/week commitment for approximately 3–4 weeks.
Requires access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).
Compensation & Legal Details:
Highly competitive, market-based hourly rate.
Weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
"At-will" contractor status with Mercor.
