About the Role:
As a dedicated recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process across all teams: engineering, machine learning, product, go-to-market, and operations. You’ll work directly with Mercor’s founders and senior leaders to fuel our hyper-growth by hiring mission-critical talent—fast and at the highest bar. You’ll be empowered to use Mercor’s proprietary LLM-powered recruiting tools to triage applicants, forecast headcount, and shape hiring strategy for the next phase of scale.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting funnel: creative sourcing, screening, interviews, closing, and onboarding

  • Leverage proprietary AI tools to triage applicants and predict quality-of-hire; provide product feedback

  • Partner with founders & VPs to forecast headcount, define scorecards, and deliver on hiring plans

  • Design and iterate scalable processes (ATS workflows, structured interviews, rubrics) to reduce time-to-hire while raising the bar

  • Build a magnetic employer brand: develop job ads, social content, and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

  • Track and report recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pass-through rates, diversity, new-hire productivity) and share insights weekly with leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing tech, venture-backed startups, or top search firms

  • Demonstrated success filling technical and business roles rapidly

  • Exceptional communicator & closer—skilled at pitching Mercor’s mission and negotiating offers

  • Bias for action and willingness to work at start-up speed (5 days/week)
