We work actively Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 9 PM, with global teams based in San Francisco, India, and the UK.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our expanding team in Latin America. As one of our first team members in the region, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our high-volume recruitment operations, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and seamless hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple client roles simultaneously.

  • Develop and execute efficient, high-volume recruitment strategies.

  • Interface directly with candidates, providing an exceptional hiring experience.

  • Partner with our AI platform to streamline candidate screening and matching.

  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand and deliver on hiring needs.

  • Track and analyze recruitment data, consistently refining our processes.

  • Provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Proven success managing multiple hiring pipelines concurrently.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable leveraging technology and AI-driven recruitment tools.

  • Flexible to collaborate within U.S. time zones.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to global teams.

  • Willingness to work Mercor's schedule (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the tech sector.

  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

  • Understanding of international hiring practices and compliance.

  • Demonstrated experience improving recruitment workflows and processes.
