• Freelance position for fluent Japanese writers to assist in training generative AI models
• Remote work with flexible hours to suit your schedule
• Contribute your expertise through various tasks:
  • Ranking AI-generated responses to Japanese text
  • Writing short stories in Japanese on given topics
  • Evaluating the factual accuracy of AI-produced Japanese content

Ideal Qualifications:

• Professional translation experience
• Professional writing background (e.g., copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing)
• Current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in humanities or writing-related fields
• Current enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in creative writing

Compensation:

• Average pay rate: $31.00 USD per hour for core project work
• Rates may vary based on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors
• Higher rates possible for candidates with advanced degrees (e.g., PhDs)
• Different rates may apply for non-core work (e.g., onboarding, overtime)
• Some projects offer incentive payments

• 中核以外の作業（オンボーディング、残業など）には異なる報酬が適用される場合あり
• 一部のプロジェクトでは成果報酬あり
