AI Tutor - Bilingual (Full-Time)

Duration: 6-month temporary position
Compensation: $35-65/hour + medical insurance (for full-time roles)

Position Overview

We're seeking bilingual AI Tutors to help improve our language models by generating and labeling high-quality training data in English and a second language. You'll work with our technical team to create datasets for model training and benchmarking.

Required Languages

Must be fully proficient in English plus one or more of:

• Arabic
• Chinese
• French
• German
• Hindi
• Indonesian
• Italian
• Korean
• Persian
• Portuguese
• Russian
• Spanish
• Turkish
• Vietnamese

Core Responsibilities

• Generate and label data in English and your additional language using our proprietary software
• Ensure high-quality data curation with attention to linguistic nuances
• Help improve annotation tools for better data handling
• Contribute to writing projects that enhance our AI models

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and at least one listed language
• Strong writing and speaking skills in both languages across formal and casual contexts
• Excellent research abilities using various information sources
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Superior reading comprehension and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in technical writing, journalism, or professional writing
• Passion for technology and innovation

Work Schedule & Technical Requirements

• Training period: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST (first two weeks)
• Regular schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM in your local timezone
• Computer requirements: Windows 10 or macOS BigSur 11.0+

Location Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in one of our approved countries
• No visa sponsorship available
• U.S. candidates: Cannot hire in Wyoming or Illinois

• Must work from authorized country throughout the 6-month contract
• Must maintain work location in approved country throughout contract duration
